The Hatho MaxiMat Pro Texturing Brush is a professional rotary matting and texturing brush designed for quickly creating attractive matt, satin and textured finishes on jewellery and metal surfaces.

This Fine Red version is fitted with 0.30 mm angled stainless-steel wires arranged around a durable plastic hub. As the brush rotates, the individual wire bundles strike the surface to create a distinctive and consistent textured finish.

Designed specifically for professional jewellers, goldsmiths and silversmiths, the MaxiMat Pro is an excellent choice for adding decorative texture to jewellery or refreshing existing matt finishes during repair and restoration work.

The angled stainless-steel wires make it possible to produce texture efficiently without the need to create the finish manually. The resulting effect can be varied through working technique, pressure and contact time, giving the jeweller greater control over the finished appearance.

This MaxiMat Pro brush is unmounted and designed for use on compatible right-hand tapered polishing spindles. Hatho recommends an operating speed of approximately 2,800 RPM for optimum performance.
